HySpex Modular Industrial Housing
The modules in the HySpex Modular Industrial Housing Tookit can be deployed in different configurations to best suit each individual application. The modules are especially suitable for installation in extremely dusty environments over conveyor belts, mining trucks, and material processing facilities.
Single Camera Housing
IP65 housing for a HySpex Classic or Baldur camera.
The housing has an access door on the front panel, with the camera mounted to the bottom of the housing over a fused Silica window.

Lamp Mounting Kit
For mounting of 4 Sealed Lamps to a Single Camera Housing.
Standard configuration shown for the use of 2-4 lamps. Contact HySpex for inquiries regarding reconfiguring for more or fewer lamps and the installation of additional third-party sensors.
This frame is an ideal mounting location for the Camera Housing and can be extended to mount the system to the surrounding facility.

Sealed Lamp
IP65 lamps for HySpex cameras.
The sealed lamp replaces our standard lamps with a rugged sealed aluminium housing with a fused silica window.

PSU and DAU Box
Electronics cabinet to support the operation of HySpex cameras.
The cabinet contains the required Power Supply Units (PSUs) and Data Acquisition Units (DAUs) to control and operate the HySpex cameras. The front of the cabinet is an access door with a clear window to more easily monitor the status of the electronics.

NUC + Framegrabber Kit
Processing computer and Framegrabber card for use with HySpex cameras. Standard option for installation in the PSU and DAU box, and is well-suited for most customers, offering an economical and versatile solution.
A third-party computer + Framegrabber solution can also be used. Contact HySpex for guidance to best implement a different solution.
NUC + Framegrabber Kit - Main Specifications
Industrial Interface
For the control, monitoring, calibration, and troubleshooting of HySpex systems. The systems can also be operated remotely or connected to any third-party screen/keyboard system using USB and HDMI connections.
